This Privacy Policy describes how WealthFlo AI Setter ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application at setter.wealthflo.com. The application is an internal tool used by WealthFlo Pty Ltd to manage Instagram Direct Message conversations with leads who have voluntarily contacted us.
1. Information we collect
From Facebook Login
When you sign in with Facebook, we collect:
- Your Facebook user ID
- Your name as it appears on Facebook
- Your email address (if you grant the email permission)
- Your Facebook profile picture URL
This information is used solely to authenticate you, decide whether you have access to the dashboard, and identify your activity within the application.
From the Instagram Business account you connect
When an authorized user connects an Instagram Business account, we receive:
- The Instagram Business account profile (name, username, profile picture)
- Direct Message threads sent to or from that account, including message content, timestamps, and sender/recipient identifiers
- Profile information of people who message the connected account (name, username, profile picture) for display in our dashboard
This information is used to surface conversations to authorized members of your team, generate AI-assisted reply suggestions, and send replies on behalf of the connected Instagram account.
2. How we use information
- To operate the dashboard and display incoming/outgoing messages
- To generate AI-assisted reply drafts for authorized human review and send
- To remember which Facebook accounts are authorized to use the dashboard
- To diagnose technical errors and protect the integrity of the service
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the WealthFlo AI Setter service.
3. Third parties
Message content is sent to Anthropic, Inc. for the purpose of generating AI-assisted reply drafts. Anthropic processes this content under its standard API privacy policy and does not retain it for model training. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any other third party.
The application is hosted on Vercel and stores data in Supabase. Both providers process data on our behalf as data processors.
4. Data retention
We retain Instagram conversation history for as long as the connected account is active, to provide conversation continuity. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- Revoke the application's access to your Facebook account at Facebook Business Integrations
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data by emailing us at the contact below
6. User data deletion
To delete the data we hold about you, email privacy@wealthflo.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will delete your dashboard user record, any conversation history tied to you as a connecting user, and confirm completion within 30 days.
