Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WealthFlo AI Setter application at setter.wealthflo.com (the "Service"). By signing in you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is provided to authorized members of the WealthFlo team for the internal purpose of managing Instagram Direct Message conversations on behalf of WealthFlo's Instagram Business account. Access is granted on a per-Facebook-account basis and may be revoked at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited or spam messages
- Use the Service in violation of Meta's Platform Terms or Instagram's Community Guidelines
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Share your sign-in credentials or session cookie with any other person
- Use the Service to process data of individuals who have not interacted with the connected Instagram account
3. AI-generated content
The Service uses an AI model to draft reply suggestions. All drafts are shown to an authorized human reviewer before being sent. WealthFlo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any specific AI-generated draft. The decision to send any message rests with the human operator.
4. Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
5. Termination
We may revoke your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or that doing so is necessary to protect the Service or third parties.
6. Disclaimer + limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthFlo's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to AUD $100.
